Project name: Pacifc Courtyard Apts Transitional Housing Project
Project description: A homeless Transitional Housing Project serving 23 homeless families while helping them to move toward self-sufficency. Our families stay in the program for 14-24 months, during their stay we assist them in meeting their educational and employment goals to become self supporting members of our community.
