Project description: HSDC provides Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services to residents of Pierce, Kitsap, Grays Harbor, Thurston, and Mason counties who are deaf, deaf-blind, or hard of hearing. Other services: Client advocacy; free, public videophone; learn how to make your business, agency, or school equal access; arrange training for your staff on working with an interpreter and running meetings effectively.
