This database reflects Washington state employee positions, departments and annual salaries as of January 2007, the date of the most recent Personnel Detail Report from the Office of Financial Management. For workers paid monthly, the annual pay is estimated by multiplying the monthly salary by 12. It will not in all cases match the actual pay the person received in a full year. For full-time workers paid hourly, the annual pay is estimated by calculating the hourly wage over 40 hours and 52 weeks. For part-time hourly workers, the annual pay takes into account the percent of full-time work reflected in state records. The annual figures will not reflect overtime and all instances of workers paid for less than 40 hours or 52 weeks. Figures for contract employees are the actual amount paid.
