Public safety to include dealing with flooding.

What measures would you support to keep your city living within its means?
Expand communication and open government accessibility to the public.
Constant review and oversight of the
budget.
Support council committees and study sessions for items of public importance.
Why are you the best candidate for this office?
I have experience serving on many boards and commissions as well as on the Puyallup city council. I have over 30 years of business experience including starting and growing my own local businesses. I know what it means to make payroll and pay taxes and create jobs. I have the experience of building new buildings and rehabbing old buildings in the city.
I put the citizens first when making decisions.
Personal Statement:
I have lived in Puyallup for 30 years. Karen my wife of 37 years and I have raised 4 children attending Puyallup schools.
My purpose on the city council is to serve you, my neighbors and citizens of the city of Puyallup. I am available to listen to your concerns. I will listen to what you want and not tell you what you are going to get. I take that very seriously.

1. Fiscal spending responsibility. Puyallup has done a good job overall, but we cannot be distracted.
2. Accountability of the City Manager and Council.
3. Equal representation for our neighborhoods and downtown.
4. Open and current communication with our citizens.
Why are you the best candidate for this office?
1. I will bring new energy to the council.
2. My 30 years as a Public Servant in Law Enforcement, 22 as a Detective, has prepared me with negotiating skills, integrity and honesty.
3. I come to you with no agenda, just the willingness to continue to serve the public
